Business Development Manager (Retail Lifestyle)

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of the company's corporate sales and partnership channel. This role will focus on identifying and securing bulk purchase opportunities, corporate gifting programs, employee engagement initiatives, loyalty campaigns, and strategic partnerships across a wide range of industries.

With a strong presence across retail and e-commerce channels, the company is looking to expand its corporate and partnership business through strategic B2B sales, gifting programs, and bulk procurement opportunities.

Description

Key Responsibilities of Business Development Manager (Retail Lifestyle) :

• Identify, develop, and secure new B2B sales opportunities across corporate, hospitality, financial services, technology, FMCG, healthcare, education, and other sectors.
• Drive bulk purchase and corporate gifting sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build relationships with procurement, HR, marketing, partnerships, and commercial teams within target organizations.
• Develop strategic partnerships for loyalty programs, employee rewards, client appreciation initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and account management.
• Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of client projects.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business performance reports.

Profile

Key Requirements of Business Development Manager (Retail Lifestyle) :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or corporate account management.
• Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, lifestyle products, consumer goods, or related solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong network of corporate decision-makers across multiple industries.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially astute with the ability to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
