Brand Marketing Manager

PT Omotesando Indonesia is part of Allez Group, a growing F&B and Hospitality group with a portfolio of restaurant brands, including The Cutler Prime Rib, Patty & Sons, ZODIAC, Ironiku, and Ask For Patty.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead and strengthen brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and campaigns across the group.

Requirements : 

1. Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans across all F&B brands.

2. Lead integrated campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand activations.

3. Ensure consistent brand positioning, identity, and communication across all customer touchpoints.

4. Drive digital marketing, social media, KOL, PR, and partnership initiatives.

5. Work closely with Operations and Culinary teams to translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives.

6. Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, market trends, and competitors to optimize marketing strategies.

7. Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, creative partners, and internal team members.

Qualifications : 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in brand or marketing management, preferably within F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.

3. Proven experience managing multiple brands or concepts simultaneously.

4. Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and integrated marketing.

5. Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media, partnerships, and brand activations.

6. Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

7. Creative, commercially minded, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
