Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager | Allez Group

Allez Group is a growing F&B group that oversees PT Omotesando Indonesia and PT Prima Gourmet Indonesia, managing and operating a portfolio of restaurant brands across Jakarta. The group focuses on building and developing restaurant concepts while strengthening its people, operations, and business performance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis across multiple outlets.
- Monitor utility expenses, operational expenses, COGS, and cost variances to maintain healthy profit margins.
- Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, withholding taxes, and SPT reporting.
- Review bank reconciliations, petty cash, cash flow, and daily financial transactions.
- Supervise Purchasing processes and ensure effective procurement, cost efficiency, and vendor management.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Management to improve cost control and support business decisions.
- Assist with internal and external audits and ensure all financial documentation is properly maintained.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor/Manager-level position.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry is required.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, F&B cost control, COGS, and margin analysis.
- Good understanding of Purchasing, procurement processes, vendor management, and cost negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and accounting systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Experienced in multi-outlet financial reporting.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, firm, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
- High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Willing to join as soon as possible.
