Tanggung jawab

• Prepare daily and weekly production plans for the Central Kitchen based on forecasts and orders from all outlets.
• Monitor raw material availability, purchasing lead times, and safety stock levels.
• Coordinate and manage product distribution from the Central Kitchen to all outlets efficiently and on schedule.
• Minimize the risk of overstock and stockouts through effective inventory planning and control.

PPIC – Production Planning & Inventory Control

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, or Inventory Control, preferably within the F&B, Central Kitchen, or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, lead time analysis, and inventory management.
• Proficient in Inventory/ERP systems and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of food handling standards, including FIFO/FEFO, hygiene, and product shelf life.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail, especially when handling inventory data and numbers.
