Auto-Finance Area Marketing Manager (Jabodetabek)

Job Descriptions:

• Drive regional business growth and achieve sales and disbursement targets for BPKB financing products across Jabodetabek.

• Develop and expand partnerships with dealers, brokers, agents, and other referral networks to increase customer acquisition.

• Lead and manage regional marketing teams to achieve business targets, improve productivity, and maximize market penetration.

• Monitor sales performance, lead conversion, application processing, and operational compliance to ensure efficient business execution.

• Analyze market opportunities, competitor activities, and business performance to develop effective growth strategies and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Marketing Manager or in a similar managerial role within multifinance, fintech lending, or automotive financing.

• Strong understanding of BPKB financing, vehicle loans, and partnership-based customer acquisition.

• Proven leadership, team management, negotiation, and business development skills; an established network in Jabodetabek is a strong advantage.

• Target-oriented, analytical, and willing to conduct field visits across Jabodetabek as required.
