BARTENDER / BARTENDER & BARISTA

Location: Nusa Dua, Bali
Employment Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a Bartender / Bartender & Barista who is confident working behind the bar and also has good basic coffee-making skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Prepare coffee-based drinks such as espresso, americano, latte, cappuccino, etc.

• Maintain bar and coffee station cleanliness and organization

• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation

• Take orders and provide friendly, professional service to guests

• Assist with daily bar preparation, stock checking, and inventory

• Follow hygiene, safety, and beverage standards

• Support the team during busy operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Bartender / Barista / similar position

• Able to make basic coffee and operate an espresso machine

• Good knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Able to communicate in English

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Well-groomed, responsible, and team-oriented

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Hospitality/F&B experience is preferred
