We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a positive dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner

• Present menu and provide detailed information when requested (e.g. about ingredients, cooking methods)

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen team

• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly

• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally

• Prepare tables by setting up linens, utensils, and glasses

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Process payments and handle cash or POS transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Server / Waiter / Waitress is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and team player

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good grooming

• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service

• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• English proficiency is a plus

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry

• Knowledge of POS systems
