About the role

This role involves preparing and dispensing medications and products according to medical prescriptions and instructions, managing pharmaceutical inventory, and providing professional service to patients and customers in a clinical or pharmacy setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications and products according to prescriptions or medical instructions

• Check and manage stock of medications, skincare products, and clinic support products

• Ensure proper storage of medications and products in accordance with procedures

• Record stock movements and assist with stock opname processes

• Help ensure availability of medications and products needed by the clinic

• Provide basic information on product usage according to medical staff guidance

• Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and security of the work area

• Provide excellent service to patients and support daily clinic operations

About you

• D3 qualification in Pharmacy

• Valid STR (Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian/Technical Pharmacy Personnel) credential

• Experience as an assistant pharmacist, particularly in beauty clinics, pharmacies, or healthcare facilities (preferred)

• Understanding of pharmaceutical service fundamentals, medication management, and product storage according to regulations

• Meticulous in preparing, recording, and managing medication and skincare product stock

• Able to provide friendly, professional, and communicative service to patients and customers

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Neat, clean, and professional appearance

• Honest, disciplined, responsible, with strong work ethic
