Affiliate Specialist Staff

Note : Interview will be held in Offline Process (head office; Greenlake City Tangerang)

as a affiliate specialist you will :

• Sourcing, approaching, and managing affiliates for all platform.

• Following up with and maintaining relationships with affiliates.

• Communicating briefs, campaigns, promotions, product launches, and affiliate programs.

• Monitoring content, GMV, sales, and affiliate performance.

• Managing affiliate samples and following up on their utilization.

• Preparing reports and regularly updating affiliate data.

• Coordinating with E-Commerce, Marketing, and other relevant teams to execute campaigns.

• Helping to increase the number of active affiliates, content output, and sales.

• Willingness to work towards targets and meet dynamic campaign deadlines.

We need someone who :

• Min D3 or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, E-Commerce, KOL in FMCG/Beauty products is an advantage.

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, and online marketplaces.

• Strong communication skills; proactive in outreach and follow-ups; capable of building relationships.

• Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets.

• Target-oriented, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.

• Can join as soon as possible and willing to be placed in Greenlake City
