Position : Account Executive

Location : Central Java

Role Summary & Responsibility :

• Manage sales, customer relationships and promoting the full range of products for which you are responsible, and other products as required, to all accounts in the designated territory so as to meet or exceed the associated in market sales target.

• Meet or exceed sales target by territory by conducting marketing plans, work together with 3PL, and analyzing account on planning activities

• Establish good direct business contacts with key customers to achieve professional business relationship.

• Actively seek out and develop business opportunities for all RDI products and services including market information and competitor activity and report to the Manager

• Collaboration with other team members on any matter that is relevant to RDI in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Complete all requests for feedback by the deadline, e.g: account reports, market intelligence, etc.

• Adhere to the commercial process (contract documentation, installation process, supply chain process, etc.)

Requirement :

• Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or any related field.

• Maximum 2 year of experience in sales of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG, preferably in retail/pharmacy or HCP channels.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (SFDC/REXIS); comfortable using digital tools for reporting and data analysis.

• Willing to travel within Jakarta Greater areas.

• Self-motivated, mobile, and target oriented.
