Warehouse Staff

About the role

PT Deus Ex Machina Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouse Staff member to join our warehousing and distribution operations in Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. As Warehouse Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that goods are stored, organised, and dispatched correctly whilst maintaining safety standards and contributing to the smooth running of our supply chain operations.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, checking and logging incoming goods into the warehouse management system

• Organising and storing inventory in designated locations using appropriate storage methods

• Picking and packing orders accurately according to customer specifications

• Labelling and preparing shipments for dispatch

• Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling inventory records

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the warehouse facility

• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks in a safe manner

• Loading and unloading vehicles as required

• Following all health, safety and environmental regulations

• Supporting the warehouse team to meet daily targets and deadlines

What we're looking for

• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience is highly desirable

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management

• Physical fitness and ability to carry out manual handling tasks regularly

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Willingness to work flexibly including early starts or shifts as required by operational needs

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is an advantage

• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
