Technician

About the role

PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk' is seeking a capable Technician to join our team in Karawang, West Java. This full-time position will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our facilities and equipment, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. First responder to check and investigate alerts on the affected equipment/sensor

2. Implementing HSE Management system

3. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on our facilities, machinery, and equipment

4. Identify and diagnose issues, and carry out necessary repairs and replacements in a timely manner

5. Collaborate with the facilities management team to implement improvement projects and upgrade

6. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repair work as requested

7. Stand by and do monitoring related to alert in data center

8. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members or vendor as needed
   

What we're looking for

1. Candidates must be from SMK or Vocational School

2. Willing to work in shift in arrangement of 24/7 operations

3. First response for escalation

4. Able to utilize Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and rectify a range of technical issues

6. Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for maintenance and repair tasks, especially in cooling system, HVAC, and so on

7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
