Warehouse Manager for IT Distribution

Job Description :    

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, storage, packing, dispatching, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and operational processes to maximize space utilization, improve productivity, and reduce operational and inventory costs.
• Manage transportation, including carrier selection, route planning, delivery scheduling, freight negotiation, and shipment tracking to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, freight carriers, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery, resolve operational issues, and minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse and transportation teams, including staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor operational costs, logistics KPIs, and service performance, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and accurate logistics documentation.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics operations with business objectives, forecasts, and customer requirements.
• Evaluate logistics service providers, negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs), and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology adoption.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and technology adoption in logistics operations, such as route optimization software, RFID tracking systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Handle logistics-related customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging warehouse and logistics technologies.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager in an IT, technology, or IT distribution company, with proven results in improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, distribution, and logistics processes.
• Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP, and inventory management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and drive continuous improvement.
• Active English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory. Mandarin proficiency (minimum passive) is highly preferred.
• Willing to work at the current Head Office in Meruya & Puri, West Jakarta, and travel outside Jabodetabek for business trips, roadshows, projects, or new market development.
• Willing to relocate to Harrisma Tower, Gading Serpong, the new Head Office, in late 2027.
