Presales Consultant for SaaS CRM Software - Salesforce Apps Solution Division

Job Description :    

• Conduct product training to sales team and customer / end user.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide expert technical support in pre-sales situations.
• Design and present customized Salesforce solutions that address client needs and demonstrate our value proposition.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the features and benefits of our solutions.
• Provide answers to technical questions, offering advice and guidiance on best practices and implementation strategies.
• Assist in the creation of proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
• Stay abreast of Salesforce product updates and industry trends to serve as an informed advisor to both clients and team members.
• Facilitate smooth transition of accounts to the implementation team post sale, ensuring clear communication of client requirements and expectations.

Requirements :

• Min 3 years experience in Technical Project / Presales Consultant within the Salesforce Product & Solution ecosystem.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of Salesforce products and APIs.
• Salesforce certification is a priority (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud Consultant). 
• Able to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Excellence presentation and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset.
• Abile to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Work independently, as well as in a team and self motivated.
• Willing to work in west Jakarta - Meruya & Puri area ( Head Office ) and ready to business trip to outside jabodetabek area for project.

• Willing to work at the Harrisma Tower office (New Head Office) in Gading Serpong area in late 2027.
