Waiter / Waitress (Bokashi Pererenan)

About the role

Bokashi is part of LYD Bali Group, delivering quality culinary and beverage experiences with a unique concept and warm atmosphere. We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and passionate individual in the food & beverage service industry to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent food and beverage service to guests in a professional and friendly manner

• Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards

• Provide recommendations on menu items, including wine, spirits, and signature drinks

• Demonstrate awareness of common food allergies and communicate them properly to the kitchen or bar team

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations

• Assist team members to ensure smooth service flow during operational hours

• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to requests or concerns

About you

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in restaurant, bar, beach club, or hospitality environment

• Basic knowledge of wine, spirits, and food & beverage service standards

• Basic understanding of food allergies and guest dietary restrictions

• Able to communicate in English with international guests

• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Well-groomed and committed to always radiate a positive energy
