Waiter

• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to requests or complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a waiter or in F&B service is preferred.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Friendly, polite, proactive, and well-groomed.

• Able to work in a team and under pressure.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
