Maintenance

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.

• Repair electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and other technical issues within the scope of competence.

• Ensure all hotel facilities are safe and functioning properly.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and the cleanliness of the maintenance area.

• Report damages, repair progress, and maintenance activities to the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum vocational high school (SMK), preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Engineering.

• Previous experience in hotel maintenance is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, AC, and general repairs.

• Able to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.

• Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Able to work in shifts and respond to urgent maintenance requests.

• Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
