1. Job Description

• Maintain the safety and security of guests, employees, and property.

• Monitor hotel areas, entrances, exits, and parking areas.

• Conduct regular security patrols throughout the hotel premises.

• Control visitor access and monitor suspicious activities.

• Handle security incidents, emergencies, and guest complaints professionally.

• Prepare daily security reports and incident reports.

• Ensure compliance with hotel security procedures and regulations.

• Coordinate with other departments to maintain a safe and secure environment.

2. Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a Security Officer, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

• Possess a valid KTA Satpam and required security training certification.

• Good physical condition, discipline, honesty, and responsibility.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Alert, professional, and able to handle emergency situations.
