Position: Visual Merchandiser

Job Description

• Develop and execute visual merchandising concepts aligned with brand identity and retail objectives.

• Handle end-to-end VM projects, from concept development, design, budgeting, material preparation, and installation to final evaluation.

• Execute store displays, window displays, promotional areas, booths, and event installations.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

• Conduct store visits to implement, monitor, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

• Manage project timelines, materials, and costs to ensure efficient execution.

• Prepare visual documentation and project reports for evaluation and improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.

• Able to manage and execute projects independently from planning to installation.

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, or AutoCAD.

• Strong hands-on skills in display setup, styling, layout planning, and installation.

• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented.

• Good project management, coordination, and communication skills.

• Willing to travel to stores and work on-site as required.
