Description

FINNS Beach Club is looking for a talented individual who is passionate about digital design, user experience, and visual craftsmanship. We are currently seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our growing marketing team and shape the digital presence of one of the world’s most iconic destinations.

Responsibilities

• Craft intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user interfaces across web and mobile platforms, bringing unique brand campaigns to life with strong visual craftsmanship.
• Build, expand, and maintain scalable Design Systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with Web Developers, Marketing teams, and various departments across FINNS to ensure seamless design handoffs and technical feasibility.
• Analyse feedback, analytics, and UI/UX trends to continually optimise digital journeys and conversion rates.
• Establish design standards, guidelines, and best practices for the company's digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong mastery of Figma, including advanced features such as Design Tokens, Auto-Layout, Components, and Prototyping.
• Proven hands-on experience in building, documenting, and managing Design Systems and component libraries (Figma, tokens, auto-layout, etc.).
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and responsive web design.
• Basic-to-intermediate understanding of UX Writing, with the ability to write functional copy.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and technical constraints for smooth dev-handoffs.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design sense, end-to-end UX processes, and design system.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, visual accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
