UI/UX Designer (Hybrid)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand user needs, business objectives, and stakeholder requirements to develop effective design solutions

• Analyze user journeys, pain points, and existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement

• Translate business requirements into structured user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

• Identify usability issues and recommend practical improvements to enhance the user experience

• Map client workflows and operational processes before developing design solutions

• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive and efficient user experiences

• Identify business process bottlenecks and translate them into effective digital solutions.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer

• Proficient in Figma

• Strong understanding of:

1. Information Architecture

2. User Flows

3. Design Systems

4. Responsive Design

5. Accessibility and WCAG guidelines

• A portfolio demonstrating design process, rationale, and problem-solving approach, rather than just final UI designs.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and improve

• Ability to critically evaluate product requirements and user needs

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication skills when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Open to feedback and iterative design reviews.
  

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience designing digital products in SaaS, ERP, CRM, logistics, or e-commerce

• Experience designing dashboards or operational systems

• Familiarity with product metrics, user behavior analysis, and business objectives.
