UI/UX Designer

Job Description

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and user journeys.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and improve the overall user experience.

• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and design guidelines to ensure consistency across digital products.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with product requirements and brand guidelines.

• Iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

• Proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Experienced in creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Familiar with responsive design principles and mobile and web application design.

• Good understanding of usability testing and user research methods.

• Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is required.
