Junior UI/UX Designer

Qualifications

• Background in UI/UX Design with 1+ year experience, with a portfolio that shows your end-to-end process and problem-solving

• Solid grasp of UX principles, interaction and visual design, and information architecture

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent tools

• Experience with design systems and tokens (building, contributing to, or maintaining them)

• Clear communicator who can explain design decisions with data and reasoning

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional-level English (written and spoken)

• Ownership mindset and the agility to deliver in fast-moving timelines

• Experience designing for POS or banking (a plus)

• Experience designing for multiple platforms such as kiosk, EDC, or tablet (a plus)

• Hands-on user research experience with interviews and surveys (a plus)

Job description

• Research users through interviews and surveys, and turn insights into design direction

• Map user journeys and information architecture that simplify complex business and regulatory processes

• Craft high-fidelity UI that is both easy to use and visually polished

• Design consistent experiences across web, mobile, tablet, kiosk, and EDC

• Test designs with users, then iterate based on feedback

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ship solutions with real business impact
