About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader WM Deposit, Sales & Distribution to join PT Bank CTBC Indonesia in Jakarta on a full-time basis. This is a strategic leadership position within our Wealth Management department, where you will lead a high-performing team responsible for deposit products, sales initiatives, and distribution channels. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing effective sales strategies across our deposit and wealth management offerings. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business whilst leading and developing talented team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team in his/her respective team

• Monitor and assist subordinates in solicting new clients and performing other duties that are assigned to them

• Maximize bank's revenue and maintaning a prudent risk exposure

• Responsible for achievment team member and respective team

• Managing, Coordinating and monitoring all activities in the area of WM Deposit, Sales & Distribution in dedicated branch

• To ensuring delivery of the group’s service to internal and external customer
  

Qualifications :

• Min. 6 years’ experience in Banking or related industry

• Have a good networking/active customer data base

• Have an attentive and prudence personality

• Have in-depth knowledge of the bank products and services especially in Wealth Management area

• Fluent in English speaking and written, mandarin language would be an advantage.
