Customer Service - Jakarta

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience as Customer Service in Banking Industry

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management or any other relevant discipline

• English proficiency in listening, writing and speaking

• Good Knowledge in Banking Transactions and Banking Industry

• Familiar with software application, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist walk in customer to fill in forms, request and other information

• Assist with Account Opening, Account Closing, and Account Update

• Deliver and roll over contract of Time Deposit

• Assist Customer’s inquiry for balance checking, FX, and other routine account mutation
