Tax Manager

Lead Strategic Tax Management Across a Growing Business Group

We are looking for a Tax professional who combines strong technical tax knowledge with sound business judgment and has hands-on experience in Tax Court proceedings.

This role will be responsible for managing and providing strategic tax guidance across the Group, ensuring tax compliance while proactively managing tax risks, tax disputes, corporate restructuring, and the establishment of new business units.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Tax Strategy & Advisory

• Develop and implement the Group's tax strategy, policies, and governance framework.

2. Tax Litigation & Tax Court

• Lead and manage tax disputes and tax litigation, including Tax Court proceedings.

3. Corporate Restructuring

• Provide tax advisory and support for company restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, divestments, business transfers, and other corporate transactions.

4. Tax Compliance & Risk Management

• Oversee corporate tax compliance and ensure timely fulfillment of tax obligations.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Tax, preferably with exposure to both corporate/in-house Tax and Tax Consulting environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred.

• Proven experience handling Tax Court proceedings is mandatory.

• Experience providing tax advisory for the establishment of new companies, subsidiaries, Business Units, or new business activities.
