Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

We are an established automotive distribution company in Indonesia, specializing in the distribution of automotive products and solutions to support the aftermarket industry. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to lead our Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions and support the company's financial management and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions, including the full set of accounting records and financial processes.

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, management reports, and year-end financial results to support business and strategic decision-making.

• Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, and monitor budget utilization and cost control.

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and projections to support effective cash management.

• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations based on monthly financial performance.

• Prepare timely and easy-to-understand financial reports using tables, charts, and graphs for management review.

• Provide technical accounting support to operating businesses and ensure proper accounting practices are implemented.

• Prepare, supervise, and coordinate annual external audits and statutory financial reporting.

• Monitor costing reports, cost-saving initiatives, and cost control across the business.

• Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian accounting, tax, and statutory regulations, including Tax and VAT requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team.

• Ensure team members are properly trained and updated on new systems, regulations, and accounting standards.

• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency within finance and accounting processes.

• Perform other duties related to finance, accounting, and tax as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.

• Experience in the automotive, distribution, trading, or related industry is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Good knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Familiar with Tax and VAT regulations and compliance.

• Experience using finance/accounting software; experience with SAP is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas/functions) and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, guide, and develop a team.

• Able to provide practical financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to work fully on-site (WFO), Monday to Saturday. Saturday is a half-day.
