Supply Chain Management (SCM) Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the company's overall business objectives.

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize holding costs while ensuring product availability.

• Oversee procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships.

• Lead and optimize logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

• Mentor and lead a team of supply chain professionals.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics. 

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) WMS, and data analytics. 

• Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and achieving cost savings.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, inventory management techniques, and logistics operations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
