Supply Chain Management – Procurement and Trade

Job Responsibilities :

·         Handle Procurement & Trading (Import & Export) tasks

·         Searching and managing competitive Partners and Vendors

·         Establish and manage supplier relationship and negotiate prices and delivery terms

·         Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials

·         Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to ensure smooth engineering project execution.

·         Manage order processing and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

·         Prepare and maintain purchasing record and reports

·         Prepare import & export documents (PIB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, etc.)

·         Coordinate with PPJK and Customs for goods clearance.

Job Requirements :

·         College Diploma

·         Have working experience as purchasing or Trading more than 3 years (experience in Construction and Engineering Company and MEP field is preferred)

·         Handling experience in construction and Control & Electrical engineering related Parts (Searching, purchasing and Trading for parts & system).

·         General Microsoft 365 (especially excel) skill

·         Good communication skill with English
