Electrical Engineering Staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

•  Design, install, maintain, and test electrical systems and components in operational or project areas.

•  Perform preventive maintenance and emergency corrective maintenance on machinery or electrical installations.

•  Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly technical reports regarding electrical system performance and power consumption.

•  Supervise third parties (vendors/contractors) during the installation or repair of electrical systems.

•  Ensure all electrical handling activities comply with occupational health and safety standards (General K3 / Electrical K3).

•  Prepare and review electrical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit in accordance with project standards.

•  Coordinate installation work for power distribution systems, cabling, cable trays, lighting, and grounding systems.

•  Take responsibility for the construction management of electrical systems at the project site.

•  Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines.

•  Prepare and manage technical documents as well as construction records.

•  Support testing, commissioning, and inspection activities.

REQUIREMENTS :

•  Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems / Electronics & Control).

•  Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a related field (managing electrical systems, low/high voltage, or automation).

•  Technical Skills (Hard Skills):

◦  Proficient in creating and reading technical drawings using AutoCAD (2D/3D).

◦  Deep understanding of electrical panel systems, lighting installations, power distribution, pumps, and electric motors.

◦  (Optional/Plus Value) Knowledge of industrial automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, or low-current systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Data Networks).

•  Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with national electrical standards such as PUIL or relevant international standards (IEC/ IEEE).

•  Additional Skills (Soft Skills):

◦  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in electrical systems.

◦  Capable of working independently as well as effectively within a team.

◦  Excellent communication skills and willingness to work under pressure during emergency situations (breakdowns).

◦  Proficient in operating Microsoft Office.

◦  Able to speak and write in English.
