Procurement Officer

Tanggung jawab

• Research potential vendors, negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases including cost analyses
• Maintain good relationship with vendors/suppliers

Persyaratan

• A Bachelor’s Degree any major
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience related to construction purchasing
• Good analytical skill and detail-oriented
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Aggresive and proactive in execution
• Will be placed in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
