What you’ll do:

• Lead & inspire the team

• Oversee daily restaurant operations

• Manage stock & control inventory

• Monitor sales & financial performance

• Solve problems calmly under pressure

What we’re looking for:

• Basic experience at western restaurant minimum 1 year in the same position

• Strong ability to manage and oversee restaurant operations.

• Proven ability to maintain high standards of food and service quality.

• Ability to lead, motivate and train staff.

• Familiarity with restaurant operations software.

• Familiarity with local market dynamics, including competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and seasonal opportunities.

• Willing to be placed at Makassar
