As our Marketing Officer, you will execute day-to-day Marketing for Reserve by City Padel.

• Community Engagement: Act as the face of the brand, handling high-level queries and building relationships with members to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Event Activation: Execute the operational plan for RESERVE Event, Community Tournaments, and Corporate Events.
• Content Production: Capture "daily life" content at the facility to be used for social media marketing.
• Performance Tracking: Collect data on court bookings and academy attendance to help the GM analyze marketing - operational effectiveness.
• Brand Standards: Maintain the visual and service quality of the brand across all physical touchpoints in the facility.

Persyaratan

• Based in Surabaya
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications Science is Preferred
• Experience in Marketing Activations, Events, and Sports Management or related fields for min. 1-2 years
• Proficient in handling marketing activities through digital & offline 
• Ability to execute complex projects with high attention of detail
• Excellent knowledge of the Sport & Wellness Industry
• Willing to work hands-on during every marketing activities
• Ability to engage with members and community
