About the Role

BP Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and driven Strategy team member to support business expansion and strategic growth initiatives across various industries and markets. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and strategic problem-solving capabilities who are passionate about helping companies identify growth opportunities, enter new markets, and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Research & Analysis: Drive comprehensive market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive landscape analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and shifting customer trends.
• Growth & Expansion Initiatives: Partner with clients to design and support high-impact strategic initiatives focused on market penetration, business growth, and operational optimization.
• Data-Driven Recommendations: Evaluate complex business performance metrics and translate findings into actionable insights and robust strategic recommendations.
• Client Engagement & Advising: Actively participate in client discussions, deliver compelling presentations, and co-facilitate strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, coordinating efforts to guarantee seamless project delivery.
• Impact & Performance Tracking: Establish, monitor, and report on project key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business impact and ensure the successful realization of strategic goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a strong preference for graduates in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or growth-related roles. Highly driven fresh graduates are warmly welcomed, particularly those with active involvement in university consulting communities (e.g., 180 Degrees Consulting, DWDG, or similar).
• Cognitive Approach: Structured, hypothesis-driven thinker with strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional business acumen and familiarity with market research, business analysis, and standard strategic planning frameworks.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
• Work Style: A curious, proactive learner with a proven ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, project-based environments.
