Store Supervisor - Bath and Body Works

About the role

Store Supervisor role supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations at Bath & Body Works in Jabodetabek. You will lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and store KPIs (ATV, UPT, Conversion Rate, and Customer Registration), while ensuring friendly and active customer service that delivers a memorable shopping experience (WOW Experience).

Key responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily store operations

• Lead, guide, and motivate team to achieve sales targets and store KPIs (ATV, UPT, Conversion Rate, Customer Registration)

• Ensure friendly, active customer service and deliver memorable shopping experience (WOW Experience)

• Conduct daily briefings, coaching, and monitor team performance

• Maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and store neatness according to brand standards

• Oversee stock availability, replenishment process, stock opname, and inventory accuracy

• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure appropriate resolution

• Ensure all store operations run according to SOP and company policy

• Act as store PIC when Store Manager is not on location

About you

• Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor or 5 years in retail industry, preferably from fashion, beauty, cosmetics, F&B, lifestyle, or specialty retail

• Experience leading teams and managing store operations

• Understanding of retail KPIs such as Sales, ATV (Average Transaction Value), UPT (Units Per Transaction), and Conversion Rate

• Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills

• Target-oriented, customer service-focused, and results-driven

• Willing to work shift system, including weekends and national holidays

• Domiciled in Jabodetabek and surrounding areas, or willing to relocate to Jabodetabek

• Passionate and energetic

• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented

• Leadership qualities and ability to develop team

• Enjoys challenges and motivated to achieve targets
