Job Description – Supervisor

- Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with SOP.

- Lead, supervise, and evaluate team performance.

- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.

- Conduct shift briefings and delegate tasks effectively.

- Monitor stock and daily operational requirements.

- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with Management.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Hospitality or Service Supervisor.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Responsible, disciplined, and good problem-solving skills.

- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
