Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target & Performance Analysis

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Monitor team and store performance, analyze sales data, and implement improvement strategies.

• Prepare regular store performance reports for management.

2. Customer Service

• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.

• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.

• Build good relationships with customers to increase loyalty.

3. Store Operations

• Oversee all store operations, including inventory management and store maintenance.

• Ensure the store is always clean, tidy, and comfortable for customers.

• Maintain sufficient stock levels aligned with sales needs.

4. Visual Merchandising

• Maintain attractive and well-organized product displays according to visual standards.

• Refresh displays regularly to enhance customer appeal.

5. Team Management

• Recruit, train, and motivate the store team to achieve targets.

• Create team schedules and ensure smooth store operations.

• Build a positive, disciplined, and collaborative work culture.

6. Mall Relationship

• Maintain good relationships with mall management.

• Coordinate all store operational needs related to the mall.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager / Head of Store in retail, chain store, or convenient store.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Able to analyze sales data and develop improvement strategies.

• Communicative, detail-oriented, and responsible.

• Willing to work in shifts and with targets.

Added Value:

• English proficiency (spoken and written) is a plus.

• Experience in the mother and baby retail industry is a plus.
