General Manager (GM) Finance, Accounting & Tax

Job Description

• Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight across all financial functions, including Accounting (PSAK/IFRS compliance, financial reporting, and audits), Taxation, Treasury, and FP&A.

• Formulate long-term tax strategies, oversee tax risk management, and lead high-stakes tax audits and negotiations with regulatory authorities.

• Oversee corporate liquidity, working capital, capital structure, debt/equity financing strategies, and high-level banking/financial institution relationships.

• Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), long-term financial modeling, feasibility studies, and deliver data-driven financial insights to support executive decision-making.

• Define the vision, strategic roadmap, and operational goals for the Finance & Accounting division in alignment with corporate strategy.

• Mentor, empower, and lead a high-performing financial leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Establish clear succession plans and talent development pipelines within the division.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; Master’s degree (MBA) and/or professional certifications (CPA, CA, CFA) are highly preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager of Finance, Accounting, and Tax, or 5–7 years in Senior Manager level role.

• Extensive cross-functional expertise across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A.

• Exceptional executive leadership, strategic vision, and high-stakes negotiation skills.

• Deep expertise in Corporate Finance, Treasury Management, Advanced Tax Planning, and IFRS/PSAK.

• Strong mastery of Financial Modeling, enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and executive reporting tools.

• Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Indonesian.

• Willing to be placed in Bogor.
