Sr. IT Business Analyst (Talent Pool)

Job Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Review existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before deployment.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate business analysis activities across projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.

Job Requirements

• Educational background in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Experience in ERP, B2C POS, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Logistics modules.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in documentation and process mapping.
• Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
