Job Description

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end analysis of production incidents — from impact assessment to coordinating with developers for resolution and ensuring business continuity.
• Conduct root cause analysis on application issues by analyzing data trends, logs, and system behavior to prevent future recurrences.
• Write and run PL/SQL queries to perform data mapping, gap analysis, and validate data integrity for business reporting.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and Java-based application components, ensuring technical solutions align with business goals.
• Monitor system health and application performance to proactively identify potential business risks.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Document Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specs, incident reports, and technical procedures for future reference.
• Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to prioritize issues and ensure timely resolution within SLA.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Application Support Analyst, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Solid hands-on experience with PL/SQL (for data analysis) and a strong understanding of Java concepts (to communicate effectively with devs).
• Core banking knowledge is a must (understanding of banking products, workflows, and processes).
• Experience with Flexcube is a strong plus.
• Preferred: experience in EOD/BOD batch processing analysis and monitoring.
• Prior exposure to banking industry projects is highly valued.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, incident-driven environment with tight deadlines.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta, available to join immediately.
