Data Analyst & Monitoring Supervisor - Palembang (Talent Pool)

Job Description

1. Perform target setting for value, BO (Bill Outlet), QVO (Quality Value Outlet) by brand, by depot, by sales (distribution channel)

2. Setting sales targets per BU, by store by category (retail channel)

3. Monitoring the achievement of target value, BO (Bill Outlet), QVO (Quality Value Outlet) by brand, by depot, by sales.

4. Conduct an analysis of productivity in achieving target value, BO (Bill Outlet), QVO (Quality Value Outlet) by brand by depot by sales and create a proposal plan for improvement.

5. Monitoring the productivity of dealers (both new dealers and existing dealers)

6. Conduct monitoring and analysis of sales achievements per Business Unit, by store by category.

7. Conduct an analysis of the profitability of stores in each channel, whether multibrand, monobrand, or joint business, to create a development plan.

8. Providing the required reports for the business, whether daily, weekly, or monthly reports, which will be used by the sales team in planning.

9. Creating a visual report or dashboard related to sales data and customers

10. Conducting an analysis of customer dynamics to provide business improvement proposals to be implemented in retail or distribution channels.

11. To develop and propose a project improvement in reporting

Job Requirements

1. Educational background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field are welcomed to apply

2. 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Monitoring Officer, or in a related analytical role.

3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.

4. Capable of visualizing data and turning insights into clear, engaging presentations.

5. Experienced in using Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, or similar tools for creating reports and visual storytelling.

6. Able to use data tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a must

7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

8. Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, including written and verbal.

9. Willing to work fully from office in Palembang (South Sumatra)
