Job Description

• Analyze and evaluate remuneration structures to ensure market competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain fair, consistent, and attractive salary frameworks across all levels and regions/area.
• Create innovative allowance and benefits strategies tailored to the operational needs of retail (e.g., transport, meals, location-based perks)
• Oversee employee insurance programs.
• Design performance-based reward programs that boost motivation and retention.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standard.
• Generate reports and budgeting forecasts to support strategic HR and finance planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, Operations and Management to implement effective and responsive C&B policies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree any major.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS/Excel/Data tools.
• A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Up-to-date with labor regulations and retail industry pay trends.
• English is a must.
