Sosial Media Staff

About the role

This role combines content creation and customer service responsibilities. You will manage social media platforms, create and edit visual content, document company activities and events, and provide customer support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business and other social media platforms

• Create content plans and posting schedules

• Develop content ideas and concepts for branding and product promotion

• Write captions and manage comments and messages on social media

• Maintain consistency in content quality and visual identity

• Conduct photography and videography of products and company activities

• Edit photos and videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube and social media needs

• Create posters, banners and simple visual materials

• Document company activities, product testing, events and field activities

• Handle customer inquiries and communication via WhatsApp Business, social media and other company channels

• Provide basic information about products, pricing, availability, warranty and company services

• Forward technical questions or complaints to relevant teams

• Follow up with customers and record customer needs or requests

• Maintain friendly, fast and professional communication with customers

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification; fresh graduates welcome to apply

• Creative, active and follow social media trends

• Photography, videography and video editing skills

• Proficient with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop or similar applications

• Good communication skills and friendly in serving customers

• Able to use WhatsApp Business and social media effectively

• Drone operation skills are a plus

• Willing to travel outside the city for official duties as needed

• Ready to conduct shooting and documentation in the field

• Proactive, responsible, communicative and able to work independently and in teams

• Portfolio of photos, videos or content is a plus

• Neat and professional appearance
