Social Media Specialist Requirements

• Minimum education: High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK). A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), particularly in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field, is preferred.

• Familiar with and actively using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Able to create content plans and content calendars.

• Able to create and write engaging captions, copywriting, and video scripts.

• Basic photography and videography skills, including editing using applications such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
