Head of Logistic (Kepala Logistik) - Construction Project

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali based construction company building villas and boutique hotels. We are staffing our site organisation in the Ubud area.

THE ROLE

You run the whole logistics side of the project: the material plan, the site store, the deliveries and the people who handle them. Two things are true when you do this well: no work stops for want of material, and nothing leaves the site unaccounted for. You lead the store team, work hand in hand with Purchasing, and report to the Site Project Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan material needs against the construction schedule and flag shortages to Purchasing before they stop work.

• Lead and organise the store and logistics crew, and set their daily priorities.

• Own receiving: check quantity, specification and condition against the purchase order before any delivery order is signed.

• Set up and enforce stock control: stock card for every item, material issued only against a signed request, weekly stock count with variance report.

• Schedule deliveries with suppliers so the site is never congested and material arrives when the work needs it.

• Coordinate unloading, movement of material inside the site, and equipment movement.

• Report damaged, short or wrong specification deliveries to Purchasing the same day, and follow them through to replacement.

• Send a monthly stock and material usage report to the Site Project Manager.

• Keep the store and the laydown area tidy, secure and safe.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• SMA or SMK minimum. D3 in logistics or a related field is an advantage.

• Minimum 2 years in construction logistics or a project warehouse, including leading a store or logistics team.

• Strong with stock records and Excel. Experience with an inventory system is an advantage.

• Organised, firm on procedure, and able to plan ahead of the schedule rather than react to it.

• Comfortable working on an active site through the working day.

• Based in Bali is strongly preferred. Candidates from outside Bali who are willing to relocate to Ubud are welcome.

• Bahasa Indonesia required. Basic English and SIM A or SIM C are an advantage.

TENTANG POSISI INI

Anda memegang seluruh logistik proyek: rencana material, gudang proyek, pengiriman dan tim yang menanganinya. Dua hal harus tercapai: tidak ada pekerjaan berhenti karena material, dan tidak ada barang keluar tanpa tercatat. Anda memimpin tim gudang, bekerja erat dengan Purchasing, dan melapor kepada Site Project Manager.

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB

• Merencanakan kebutuhan material sesuai jadwal konstruksi dan memberi tahu Purchasing tentang kekurangan sebelum pekerjaan terhenti.

• Memimpin dan mengatur tim gudang dan logistik, serta menentukan prioritas harian mereka.

• Bertanggung jawab atas penerimaan barang: memeriksa jumlah, spesifikasi dan kondisi terhadap PO sebelum surat jalan ditandatangani.

• Menyusun dan menegakkan kontrol stok: kartu stok untuk setiap item, material dikeluarkan hanya berdasarkan permintaan tertulis yang ditandatangani, stok opname mingguan dengan laporan selisih.

• Menjadwalkan pengiriman dengan supplier agar lokasi tidak penuh dan material datang saat pekerjaan membutuhkannya.

• Mengoordinasikan bongkar muat, pemindahan material di dalam lokasi dan perpindahan alat.

• Melaporkan pengiriman yang rusak, kurang atau tidak sesuai spesifikasi kepada Purchasing pada hari yang sama, dan memastikan penggantiannya.

• Mengirim laporan bulanan stok dan pemakaian material kepada Site Project Manager.

• Menjaga gudang dan area penumpukan tetap rapi, aman dan terkunci.

KUALIFIKASI

• Minimal SMA atau SMK. D3 logistik atau bidang terkait menjadi nilai tambah.

• Minimal 2 tahun di logistik konstruksi atau gudang proyek, termasuk pengalaman memimpin tim gudang atau logistik.

• Menguasai pencatatan stok dan Excel. Pengalaman dengan sistem inventori menjadi nilai tambah.

• Terorganisir, tegas pada prosedur, dan mampu merencanakan di depan jadwal, bukan hanya bereaksi.

• Terbiasa bekerja di area proyek aktif sepanjang hari kerja.

• Berdomisili di Bali sangat diutamakan. Kandidat dari luar Bali yang bersedia pindah ke Ubud tetap dipersilakan melamar.

• Wajib berbahasa Indonesia. Bahasa Inggris dasar serta SIM A atau SIM C menjadi nilai tambah.
