Site Acquisition Supervisor

Job Description

• Mapping potential areas for store expansion needs

• Conduct site survey for all potential location proposal either by Agents, Landlords, and Mall Operators

• Conduct preliminary due diligence and feasibility study

• Perform negotiation with landlords / owner / developer to meet acquisition targets

• Liaison with other internal and external parties to ensure assistance to solve these problems obtained

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, Property, Marketing, or related fields

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site acquisition, expansion, or property leasing (F&B / retail preferred)

• Proven experience in negotiation and landlord management

• Willing to conduct frequent site visits and business travel

• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under press
