• Search and find location for opening new store for retail business.
• Survey and analysis location / feasibility study.
• Negotiation with landlord / owner / developer.
• Planning & mapping potential area for retail location.

Job Requirements

Requirement :

• Required skill(s): Negotiating, Site Acquisition, Site Survey, Networking
• Minimum up to 9 year(s) of working experience for managerial level and 4-6 years of working experience for assistant manager level, who is exposed in business development and channel development field (retail business background preferably).
• Experienced in Retail industry and opening store in mall
• Talents from casual leasing or tenant relation exposure are welcome to apply.
• Agile, adaptive & able to work under pressure
• Good in team work and communication skill
• Willing to travel
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Office (Full WFO)
