Shopkeeper (Retail & Guest Service)

About Us

We are a leading vegan restaurant and lifestyle brand in Uluwatu, dedicated to serving wholesome plant-based food while creating a welcoming and inspiring guest experience. We are looking for a passionate Shopkeeper to join our team and support the daily operations of our retail shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.

• Assist customers with retail product selection and product knowledge.

• Operate the POS system and handle cashless and cash transactions accurately.

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the supervisor.

• Receive, label, and arrange incoming merchandise.

• Support daily opening and closing procedures of the shop.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong customer service skills are welcome to apply).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.

• Positive attitude, responsible, and a strong team player.

• Basic English communication is preferred.
