About the role

KALI DOGWEAR is seeking a Shop Assistant to join our team in Badung, Bali on a contract basis. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail store. What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Answering customer inquiries and providing product information

3. Processing sales transactions, handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments

4. Maintaining the store's and ensuring product displays are well-organized and visually appealing

5. Restocking and replenishing inventory as needed

6. Providing feedback on customer needs and market trends

7. Adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

3. Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service

4. Ability to work well in a team environment

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized store

6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
