Senior Staff Learning & Development (Monsieur Spoon Brand)

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Psychology, Education, Management, Hospitality, or other relevant fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Hospitality, F&B, Bakery, Café, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of F&B operations, service excellence, product knowledge, and SOP implementation.

• Experience in delivering training for operational teams, particularly in the restaurant, bakery, café, or hospitality industry, is preferred.

• Excellent public speaking, facilitation, coaching, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Willing to travel to outlets or operational locations when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate training programs for Monsieur Spoon employees based on operational and organizational needs.

• Conduct training related to service excellence, product knowledge, operational SOPs, and employee competencies.

• Support the onboarding and development of employees across Monsieur Spoon's operational teams.

• Conduct coaching and provide feedback to support employee performance and capability development.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training reports.

• Identify competency gaps and training needs in coordination with operational teams.

• Continuously improve training materials, learning methods, and development programs to support operational excellence.

• Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor training implementation and employee development.
